We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following withdrawal policy:

Full Refund: Participants may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment.

Notice Period: All cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days before the program start date to be eligible for a refund

Partial Refund: A partial refund of 50% is available if the request is made 7 days after the entrollment.

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request.

Non-Refundable Fees: A non-refundable administrative fee of P5,000 applies to all cancellations.

Program Credits: Participants may opt to apply their payment as a credit towards future programs if they prefer.

Special Circumstances: We consider special circumstances, such as medical emergencies, on a case-by-case basis.
